3. TOKEN SALE & FUNDING ALLOCATION

By purchasing $BRO during the pre-sale or on the open market, you agree that:

5. BLOCKCHAIN & SMART CONTRACT RISKS

• Holders acknowledge that any losses due to technical failures or third-party exploits are not the responsibility of Brokoloko.
